Some older versions of Internet Explorer and America Online (particularly version 5) have a bug preventing access to some secure servers. If you are using one of these browsers, and have difficulty signing on using our secure server, we recommend that you upgrade to a more recent version of your web browser. In the case of Internet Explorer 5, installing the service pack should also solve the problem.
